Planning Your Group Tour

Lancaster County Heritage sites.The Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, Ephrata Cloister and
Landis Valley Museum look forward to welcoming your groups!

Group Minimums:  Group rates are available to groups of 10 or more. Groups of 30 or more receive additional discounts.

Rates:  Please call for current rates. You may also email us here.

Advance Reservations:  Required.

Payment:   Due at time of tour.  Payment may be made with cash, company check or credit card.

Length of Visit:   Although we recommend that you allow as much time for your visits as possible in order to enjoy fully all we have to offer, we realize that you might be on a tight time schedule. If that's the case, please let us know when you call to make your reservation and we'll be happy to provide a tour tailored to your time availability.

Walking:  When making your reservation, please let us know if your group has difficulty walking. Although our sites are large, we can easily modify tours to suit groups who want limited walking.

Special Assistance:  If there are individuals in your group with disabilities who need special assistance or accommodations, please call in advance to discuss their needs. (PA TDD relay service is available at 800-654-5984)

Special Interest Tours and Activities:   If you're looking for special add-on features to make your tour unique, we'll be happy to suggest some possibilities. The options vary from museum to museum and may only be available on certain dates, at an additional charge per person.

Non-English Speaking Visitors:   All three museums have interpretive brochures available in German and Spanish. Landis Valley Museum also offers brochures in French. Ephrata Cloister has German speaking guides available on a limited schedule. Please call for more information.

School Tours:  Special low rates and educational programs are available to school groups. Please call for more information.
